This is the beauty with body sculpting that anyone can do this business as we do not need any special licences etc to perform treatments.

You will need to register with the council if you are going to work from home, but I teach you how to do that within the course.

Also, as you do not need any special licences with body sculpting as it's non-invasive and pain-free etc.

This is one of the most common questions we receive and it’s important to clarify the distinction.

While some body sculpting treatments like fat cavitation and RF skin tightening may be listed on the TGA (Therapeutic Goods Administration) as approved modalities, the machines themselves do not necessarily require TGA approval UNLESS they are being marketed as medical devices.

Our treatments are NOT medical treatments, we cannot diagnose or treat any medical conditions. These are cosmetic treatments only.

The TGA primarily regulates medical devices such as pacemakers or skin needling pens to ensure safety and efficacy in clinical settings. Many body sculpting machines used for cosmetic purposes are classified differently and fall into a regulatory grey area, especially when used strictly for non-medical, aesthetic applications.

Some manufacturers choose to pursue TGA clearance voluntarily for marketing and reassurance purposes. However, this process can be extremely costly (often exceeding £15,000), which is why most beginner-friendly machines on the market opt for EU Certification instead — a highly regarded standard used across Europe.

The machines that we recommend come with EU Certification. 

From an insurance perspective, most Australian & worldwide insurers currently accept EU-certified devices for use in cosmetic treatments.

We've confirmed this with several providers. For transparency, we’ve included the latest EU certificate inside the course. If you'd like a personal copy or need confirmation, we recommend contacting the machine supplier directly.

* The machine you choose to use in your business is your responsibility. You are responsilble for ensuring this is acceptable within your country.

* I DO NOT recommend ever saying you can help people with any form of medical condition i.e obesity, lipodema etc. Body sculpting is NOT recommended for these clients.

* Machines included in or recommended through our program are starter-friendly cosmetic devices, but you are free to choose alternatives, including TGA-cleared machines if you prefer. However, I myself use this machine and majority of my Trainers & Graduates only use this machine. It is NOT necessary to purchase a super expensive machine.

* Results depend on correct application of technique, NOT the cost or brand of the machine.

* All machines recommended in our program are non-medical and intended for cosmetic use only.

Kelly recently sought verbal clarification from a TGA representative who advised that regulations regarding cosmetic devices may evolve, but at this time, there is no specific governing body overseeing non-invasive body sculpting machines in Australia or UK.
